It's March, 2010. The Clay Kitchen's restaurant is remodelled. reopened and ready to serve in spacious airy surroundings. Our guests will again find Rebecca baking her pumpkin bread for breakfast, perhaps preparing a variety of snacks during the day or setting out a selection of sumptuous dishes in the evening's candlelight.
After a day at the beach and watching the sun set over the Caribbean Sea, there's no finer way to end an evening's vacation than a stroll over from your cottage to the Clay Kitchen for fine dining and relaxing meals of lobsters and steaks or even Tobago's famous dish "crab and dumplings".
Spices and herbs from the garden will "flavour the pot" in the local style - just the way Rebecca learned from her mother.
